Ingredients
chicken breasts, 50g mangetout, 50g baby corn, 200g rice, 1 egg. method heat 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan • add 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips, stir fry for 2 minutes then add strips of corn and mangetout add asda sweet chilli & garlic stir-fry sauce and simmer for 1 minute in another wok or frying pan, heat 15ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil and add 1 egg, stir slightly and add the cooked rice. heat through for 2 minutes and serve with the chicken stir-fry storage
