Chicken Livers (51%) Unsalted Butter (Milk) (27%) Shallots (10%) Madeira Wine (9%) Tapioca Starch Salt Garlic Purée Thyme· Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid Ground White Pepper· Bay Leaves Preservative: Sodium Nitrite. For allergens see ingredients in bold. The surface of this pâté tends to discolour. This is normal and does not affect the eating quality of the product. SERVING To enjoy product at its best, remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving. Ideal as a starter or a snack with crusty bread or hot toast.
